Well…..Well it has been along time coming but we are finally getting there!!!!!

Updates have been slow, well in fact have not moved for some time now due to problems encountered with previous website host.

Those problems are now gone!!!!! Lol…..We have moved onto another company who has been amazing in getting things where they need to be for both you and I. Guaranteeing continuous updated in all sections of the members albums and a new interactive blog where we can share points and interests on a personal level. I look forward to having you share my dreams with me as I continue to put my heart into the sport of bodybuilding. Having you along the way means so much to me. Throughout time the emails and letters I received and continue to receive have touched my heart truly as an athlete, but more importantly as a person. Once again, I THANK YOU from the depth of my heart!!!!!

It is all about heart. If you truly want something, anything bad enough you must believe in yourself and know that failure will just fuel the fire to accomplish your dreams. The only way you will ever experience true failure is if you never try!
Never let your memories become greater than your dreams and focus on where you want to be, not where you are right now.
